SECTION 5. COMMUNITY SERVICES
AND EMPLOYMENT GENERATION
The model barangay shall aim to:

SECTION 7. ENFORCEMENT AND
MONITORING
1. The Office
of the Mayor, in coordination with the City/Municipal Planning and Development
Office, shall oversee the implementation of this Ordinance.
2. A WABA Task
Force shall be created to monitor compliance, address concerns, and recommend
improvements.
3. Regular
progress reports shall be submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan/Panlungsod.
SECTION 8. PENALTIES
Failure to comply with the provisions of this Ordinance may result in
the following penalties:
